Supplementary files for manuscript "Genetic and genomic analyses of the effect of heat stress measured as temperature humidity index on cow fertility in the Australian Holstein cattle", submitted for publication in the Journal of Dairy Science.This includes:Supplementary file 1 Table S1. A list of independent variants selected from multi- and single-trait GWAS for two HT fertility traits. The LD regions and significance levels (P values) were provided for the independent variants. Gene names were also provided if the genes were identified using MAGMA at gene-wise P value of less than 0.001.Supplementary file 2 Figure S1: Title: Quantile–quantile plot of P values from genome wide association study (GWAS) for FNRRR and SCRFS (dark orange and magenta) and from multi-trait meta GWAS (forest green). Observed and expected P-values would fall on the light blue line if there was no association.
