Taxonomic study of Abuta (Menispermaceae) in the state of Acre, Brazil

Abstract A taxonomic treatment of Abuta in the Acre state is presented. Botanical specimens from national and foreign herbaria, as well as 17 new collections and the literature, were analyzed. The genus is represented by eight species: Abuta barbata, A. brevifolia, A. grandifolia, A. obovata, A. pahnii, A. rufescens, A. Sandwithiana and A. solimoesensis. Identification keys, descriptions, and illustrations of the species are presented, as well as data concerning geographical distribution and additional comments of the species.

摘要：本文对巴西阿克里州的阿布塔属（Abuta）开展了分类学处理。研究分析了国内外标本馆的植物标本、17份新采集的标本及相关文献。该属共计包含8个物种：Abuta barbata、A. brevifolia、A. grandifolia、A. obovata、A. pahnii、A. rufescens、A. Sandwithiana及A. solimoesensis。文中提供了各物种的分种检索表、形态描述、物种插图，同时给出了各物种的地理分布数据及补充说明。
