资源简介:
The ANU Polls is a series of polls conducted three times a year by The Australian National University. The purpose of the series is to assess Australians opinions on important and topical issues, with an emphasis on international comparisons. Some questions appear in every poll in order to provide information about changes in opinion over time, and the majority of questions appear in one poll only. The main focus of this sixteenth poll was on Foreign Affairs. It sought to measure community perceptions regarding the most important issues facing Australia today, international relations generally, and relations with the United States of America, China and Indonesia. Background variables include voting intentions, overseas travel, sources of information, gender, age, household composition, country of birth, religion, highest level of education, employment status, occupation and income. Questions were also asked regarding the availability of telephone and internet services in the household.
