Mammary transcriptome of rats treated with low-dose environmental chemicals from birth to adulthood

We used affymetrix arrays to assess the influence of diethyl phthalate (DEP), methyl paraben (MPB), triclosan (TCS) and their mixture (MIX) on global gene expression profiles in rat mammary tissues, using doses comparable to human exposure. Exposure was from birth to adulthood (postnatal day 1 – 180) in parous and nulliparous rats.本研究采用Affymetrix基因芯片（affymetrix arrays），以与人暴露水平相当的剂量，探究邻苯二甲酸二乙酯（diethyl phthalate, DEP）、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯（methyl paraben, MPB）、三氯生（triclosan, TCS）及其混合暴露组（MIX）对大鼠乳腺组织全基因表达谱的影响。实验暴露周期为从出生至成年（出生后第1天至第180天），实验对象涵盖经产与未产大鼠。
