A new coordination polymer of [Zn(bdc)(bimb)](DMF)(H<sub>2</sub>O)<sub>2</sub> (<b>1</b>, H<sub>2</sub>bdc = 1,4-dicarboxybenzene, bimb = 6,6'-bis(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)-2,2'-bipyridine) has been successfully synthesized by reaction of Zn(NO<sub>3</sub>)<sub>2·</sub>6H<sub>2</sub>O, H<sub>2</sub>bdc and bimb in a mixed solvent of DMF and water at 80 °C for three days. Furthermore, an ultrasound synthesis technique has been implemented to reduce the particle size of the complex <b>1</b> to generate nanoscale <b>1</b> (denoted as nano <b>1</b>). We constructed the dermatitis mice model with DNFB-induction. The scoring index of the AD lesion in mice was evaluated after nano <b>1</b> treatment and the ELISA was used to measure the level of inflammatory medium after nano <b>1</b> exposure.
本研究成功合成了一种新型配位聚合物[Zn(bdc)(bimb)](DMF)(H₂O)₂(配合物1),其中H₂bdc为1,4-二羧基苯,bimb为6,6'-二(1H-苯并[d]咪唑-2-基)-2,2'-联吡啶;该配合物以六水合硝酸锌、H₂bdc与bimb为反应物,在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)与水的混合溶剂中,于80℃下反应三日制得。此外,本研究采用超声合成工艺对配合物1进行粒径调控,成功制备得到纳米级配合物1(下称纳米1)。我们通过二硝基氟苯(DNFB)诱导构建了特应性皮炎(AD)小鼠模型,经纳米1干预后,对小鼠的AD皮损评分指标进行了评估,并采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)检测了纳米1处理后小鼠体内炎症介质的水平。
