FOSL1 IP western blot

We used A549, a KRAS mutant human lung adenocarcinoma cell line, cells in which FOSL1 was FLAG tagged. We extracted nuclear protein from these cells and immunoprecipitated (IP) the FLAG-tagged protein while using the extract from WT A549 cells as a control. Western Blot images showing the detection of Flag tag and FOSL1 protein.

本研究使用KRAS突变型人肺腺癌细胞系A549，以及该细胞系中FOSL1蛋白经FLAG标签标记的工程化细胞。我们从上述细胞中提取核蛋白，以野生型（Wild Type, WT）A549细胞的提取物作为对照，对FLAG标记的融合蛋白进行免疫沉淀（IP）实验。附带的免疫印迹（Western Blot）图像展示了对FLAG标签及FOSL1蛋白的检测结果。
