Analysis of genes of different expression in gastric cancer cells between ARV-825 treatment group and control group.

Purpose: Next-generation sequencing (NGS) has revolutionized systems-based analysis of cellular pathways. The goals of this study are to analyze genes of different expression in gastric cancer cells between arv-825 treatment group and control group and to evaluate protocols for optimal high-throughput data analysis mRNA profiles in gastric cancer cells of arv-825 treatment group and control group were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina GAIIx.
