Annotation dataset of Ganges River dolphin from Halda river

River dolphins act as indicators of river health in the basins where they live. Genomic information on wild <i>P.gangetica</i> of Halda river would aid in understanding diversity and population dynamics, and thereby support it's conservation management and further genomic research studies.<br>
