Moutan Cortex polysaccharide ameliorates diabetic kidney disease via modulating gut microbiota dynamically in rats

Feces were collected from control and DKD rats prior to treatment, followed by 12 weeks of treatment, every 4 weeks the feces were collected. All the feces were sent for 16S rDNA sequencing. Importantly, the influence of treatment on the gut microbiota was ascertained dynamically.
