Bayesian Samples and Data Behind Figures: Tidal Dissipation from Circularization in Kepler Binaries
收藏资源简介:
Auxiliary data associated with the article "Tidal Dissipation from Circularization in Kepler Binaries" by Schussler, J.; Majumder, T.; and Penev, K. Repository Contents Three zip files containing machine readable tables for individual systems. burnin_period.zip Provides the number of steps required for burn-in as a function of tidal period for the 2.3%, 15.9%, 50.0%, 84.1%, and 97.7% quantiles of $\log_{10} Q'_*$. cdfstd_period.zip Provides the uncertainty as a function of tidal period for each quantile. lgQ_period.zip Provides the value of $\log_{10} Q'_*$ as a function of tidal period for each quantile. Two machine readable tables relating to the group constraint. combined_constraint_quantiles.mrt Provides the value of $\log_{10} Q'_*$ as a function of tidal period for the 2.3%, 15.9%, 50.0%, 84.1%, and 97.7% quantiles of $\log_{10} Q'_*$. individual_vs_combined_constraints.mrt Provides, for each individual system, the value of $\log_{10} Q'_*$ for the 2.3%, 15.9%, 50.0%, 84.1%, and 97.7% quantiles at the tidal period where for that system the 2.3% and 97.7% quantiles are closest together; it also provides the value of $\log_{10} Q'_*$ at each quantile for that same period. One zip file containing, for each individual system, Bayesian analysis samples constraining the tidal dissipation efficiency. Note that burn-in has not been removed. samples.zip
