Southern pike populations out of the species native range may help its conservation and management

Raw_Data_16_SSR.csv: three digit microsatellite genotypes at 16 loci in csv format before the correction for genotyping errors. Dataset contains gentic information on 128 individuals from four populations: Alto Flumendosa Lake (FLU), Trasimeno Lake (TRA), Carignano-La Loggia (CAR), Drava River (DRA). The latter consists of 22 sampled individuals belonging to the species Esox lucius. The remainder of sampled individals were identified as Esox cisalpinus by mtDNA barcoding. 

Raw_Data_11_SSR.csv: three digit microsatellite genotypes at 11 loci in csv format before the correction for genotyping errors. This dataset differ by Raw_Data_16_SSR.csv by the removal of five loci, which were characterised by too many missing data and/or were almost monomorphic.

Easypop_workflow.txt: This is the output from EASYPOP that summarizes the options used to carry out the simulations.

Uncorrected_vs_corrected_genetic_data.pdf: This file shows the outputs of Bayesian clustering, Principal Component Analysis and Discriminant Analysis of Principal Components for both uncorrected and corrected genetic data.
