Database of retaining-wall displacements for staged excavation at Old Oak Common Station Design Section 10 with parametrised soil properties

These files contain the horizontal displacement of the retaining wall supporting excavation of Old Oak Station Design section 10 for London Clay, with various combinations of nonlinear stiffness (G_ref, a,b, R_G,min), in-situ stress state (K0) and undrained strength (Su_top, Su_mid, Su_bot). The dataset contains wall-displacement profiles for three excavation stages: Phase 1: excavation to ground level; Phase 2: excavation to the intermediate level; and Phase 3: excavation to formation level. There are two files, one containing the testing database and one containing the training database. These were obtained using PLAXIS 2024.03, modelling the London Clay using IC MAGE M06, which is an isotropic critical state model that combines a Modified Cam Clay (MCC) formulation on the wet side of critical state with a Hvorslev surface on the dry side, together with a non-linear variation of shear stiffness
