Code and simulation data for Donor-allocation effects vary with reference-cell budget in MuSiC PBMC simulations

Code, cell selections, processed inputs, saved predictions, summaries and figure source data for a controlled study of donor allocation and reference-cell budget in MuSiC PBMC simulations. The release includes the original and external analyses, alternative reference grouping, profile and weight diagnostics, arrangement-level effect distributions, and twelve additional reference-sampling blocks. Start with README.md for extraction and reproduction instructions. Results concern synthetic mixtures from selected public PBMC datasets; they do not establish performance on measured bulk RNA-seq. Project code is licensed GPL-3.0-or-later; project results and documentation are CC BY 4.0. Third-party materials retain their original terms.
