Supplemental file access

Supplemental files used for the analysis of sleep in larval Astyanax mexicanus in the manuscript titled "Pleiotropic function of the oca2 gene underlies the evolution of sleep loss and albinism in cavefish". These files are utilized following the export of the results of tracking sleep data. The exported data is first run through the "utf16_to_utf8_conversion.sh" file to convert the exported text files from utf16 to utf8. The resulting text files are then imported into an excel file where the sleep macro, "Macro_SleepBhv_summary_Larval_Astyanax_mexicanus.pl", is run to calculate a summary of the data.
