Genome-wide identification of the WOX gene family in rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis) and HbWOX14-mediated enhancement of hairy-root induction

This work provides the first systematic elucidation of the evolution and functional features of the rubber-tree WOX family, defines the central regulatory role of HbWOX14 in root development, and establishes a high-efficiency hairy-root transformation system that offers theoretical and technical support for molecular breeding of rubber tree.
