This series consists of the agenda, business papers and associated documents presented to, and considered by, the First Constituted Council and the Council of the Newcastle College of Advanced Education between October 1974 and June 1978.The series takes the form of four ring-binders, in each of which the documents appear in reverse chronological order.This series is the precursor to NRS 18098 (Council Agenda and Papers [II]), which continues in the same format with the addition of binder and document numbers.
