资源简介:
Although some research progress has been made in the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer, the number of lung cancer cases and deaths in the world is still increasing. Lung cancer is easy to metastasize and relapse, and there is still a lack of efficient and noninvasive diagnostic methods. Therefore, it is necessary to find effective diagnostic biomarkers to improve the survival rate and quality of life of patients. MiRNA is a kind of small non coding RNA widely existing in eukaryotes. They play an important role in tumorigenesis by regulating cell cycle, angiogenesis, metabolism, metastasis and apoptosis. Recently, more and more studies have focused on the use of miRNAs in the occurrence and development of cancer, as well as their use as biomarkers for the diagnosis, prognosis and prediction of lung cancer.
