Inspire Download Service (predefined ATOM) for data set INSPIRE SL Land Use Building Plans Wadgassen

Description of the INSPIRE Download Service (predefined Atom): This INSPIRE dataset contains transformed circles of the urban development plans of the municipality of Wadgassen into the INSPIRE data model “Landuse”. The transformation was carried out in accordance with the Landuse (Planned Land Use) guideline in version 4.0. The development plan contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning system. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. — The link(s) for downloading the records is/are generated dynamically from getFeature Requests to a WFS 1.1.0欧洲空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）下载服务（预定义Atom）描述：本INSPIRE数据集将瓦德加森市城市发展规划的划定范围转换至INSPIRE“土地利用（Landuse）”数据模型。本次转换严格遵循4.0版《土地利用（规划用地）指南》执行。 该发展规划涵盖城市规划体系内具有法律约束力的各项管控要求。原则上，城市发展规划应以土地利用规划为编制依据。 —— 数据记录的下载链接通过针对网络要素服务（Web Feature Service, WFS）1.1.0的GetFeature请求动态生成。
