According to a survey conducted in South Korea in June of 2022, South Koreans in their thirties were at a roughly 24 percent risk of depression due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Generally, younger age groups were at higher risk of depression than older age groups, and seem to be more negatively affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in terms of mental health.
