Molecular Signatures of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis [RNA-seq]

Genome-wide DNA methylation of IPF and normal lung tissue samples 500 ng total RNA was used to prepare libraries with the TruSeq stranded mRNA library prep kit. rRNA-depleted libraries were prepared from 1 ug total RNA with the Epidemiology Ribo-Zero Gold rRNA Removal Kit. Libraries were sequenced at 80M reads on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000. ***The submitter indicated that Raw RNA-Seq files cannot be deposited in a publicly accessible database due to patient confidentiality***
