资源简介:
Denitrifying anaerobic methane oxidation (DAMO) microorganisms are important microorganisms that simultaneously convert methane and nitrite. The various properties of biochar make it have the potential characteristics and advantages of promoting the enrichment of DAMO microorganisms. At the same time, the cost of biochar is low, and it has great feasibility when it is put into practical engineering applications. However, the long-term enrichment effect of biochar on DAMO bacteria is not yet clear and needs to be further verified. In addition, when DAMO is applied in engineering, it is inevitable to face the problem of organic matter in wastewater. Therefore, taking sodium acetate as an example, finding a suitable organic matter concentration boundary and observing the adaptability and tolerance of DAMO microorganisms to organic matter have become urgent problems. This study is to report on some possible mechanisms by which biochar and sodium acetate stimulate the DAMO process.
