Moringa oleifera Metabolomics Data

This dataset contain spectral data for M. oleifera leaf metabolomics generated by 1H NMR-base metabolomic analysis. The data identify the changes in the leaf metabolite profile of three M. oleifera genotypes grown in an open hydroponic system and in the field. The changes in the leaf metabolite profile due to harvesting frequencies, harvesting time and associated environmental conditions were examined.

本数据集包含基于氢谱核磁共振（1H NMR）的代谢组学分析所生成的辣木（M. oleifera）叶片代谢组学光谱数据。该数据表征了三种辣木基因型在开放式水培系统与大田环境中生长时的叶片代谢物谱变化。叶片代谢物谱因采收频率、采收时间及相关环境条件产生的变化得到了分析。
