全球地面、高空及其他观测（2020.7-2022.3）

本数据集为CMACast气象卫星数据接收系统接收到的通道MSG_001下的全球交换资料和内部交换资料（基于ABJ电报文），经过解码而得到的数据集。包括：全球交换的南、北半球地面观测（SM、SI、SN、船舶）、全球交换的南、北半球高空观测（US、UK、UL、UE、UP、UG、UQ、UH）、海洋深水温度观测报告、海上浮标观测报告。

This dataset is generated by decoding the globally exchanged data and internally exchanged data (based on ABJ telegrams) under Channel MSG_001 received by the CMACast meteorological satellite data receiving system. It includes globally exchanged surface observations over the Southern and Northern Hemispheres (SM, SI, SN, ship reports), globally exchanged upper-air observations over the Southern and Northern Hemispheres (US, UK, UL, UE, UP, UG, UQ, UH), deep ocean temperature observation reports, and marine buoy observation reports.
