FROST: source data and experimental records

This dataset contains source data and experimental records supporting the manuscript “End-to-end stochastic Transformer inference with tensorized finite-state operators”. The archive includes numerical measurements, fixed synthetic inputs, model and operator checkpoints, saved predictions, and experimental configurations for the operator, attention, retrieval and image-classification evaluations. It also contains the 200-image BSDS500 reconstruction evaluation, including 1,200 FROST-LT finite-stream outputs, and the separate three-target comparison with scalar stochastic-computing controls. Hardware records include quantized inputs, verification outputs, synthesis and place-and-route reports, timing and power reports, generated netlists, and 15 compressed gate-level activity traces for the final evaluation conditions. Source files are mapped to the main and Supplementary figures and tables. Configuration files, random seeds, statistical units, provenance records and file checksums are provided. Each reconstruction target was fitted individually; these results assess fitted-image reconstruction rather than held-out image restoration. The hardware evaluation concerns a separately configured attention kernel, and standard-cell power values are pre-layout estimates. Original benchmark images should be obtained from their respective providers. Sample identifiers, partitions, preprocessing specifications and reference-array checksums are included.
