Physical Characterization Data of Lithium Vanadium Phosphate and Its Electrochemical Test Data for Zinc-Ion Batteries in "Electrospun Li3V2(PO4)3/carbon nanofibers as freestanding cathodes for high-performance zinc-ion batteries"

Including XRD, Raman, XPS, rate capability, cycling stability, cyclic voltammetry, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy data.The XRD data includes XRD results for LVP samples 1–4, tested using a Bruker D8 instrument. The obtained data were saved in RAW format, converted to TXT files via JADE software, and finally imported into Excel.The Raman data consists of the curve for the LVP-4 sample. The data were opened in OMNIC software, converted to TXT format, and then imported into Excel.The XPS data include test curves for the C, N, and V elements in the LVP-4 sample. Peak fitting was performed using Avantage software, and the corresponding elemental data were exported to Excel files.The rate capability and cycling stability tests include data for LVP-4 and LVP-5 samples, conducted using a Neware battery testing system. The data were then imported into Excel.The cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy data include test results for LVP-4 and LVP-5 samples, measured using a French Biologic-VMP3 instrument. The test data were subsequently imported into Excel. The axes have been labeled in the Excel sheet.
