Risk-Aware FFR Quantification Dataset - EVs/HPs

This repository provides the publicly shareable datasets used in the Cyprus case study of the accompanying paper on risk-aware Fast Frequency Response (FFR) quantification and day-ahead FFR capacity-market clearing. The package contains four main components: EV load / FFR profilesSynthetic residential EV fleet trajectories (availability, charging, and derived FFR headroom) used to train and evaluate quantile-regression-forest (QRF) day-ahead FFR capacity offers. HP load / FFR profilesAggregated heat-pump electrical demand and FFR headroom series with day-ahead weather/calendar features, used for the corresponding HP QRF bids. FFR capacity requests (2025)Fifteen-minute TSO FFR request time series obtained from the offline neighbourhood need surface. Synthetic FFR market bidsFifteen-minute capacity–price offers for multiple EV and HP aggregators, constructed by replicating the technology-level QRF quantity templates and sampling proxy bid prices under three price scenarios (S−15%S_{-15\%}S−15%, central, S+15%S_{+15\%}S+15%).
