WFS service of the urban development plan “Construction Plan Colony with Change” of the city of Gernsbach, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.盖尔恩豪森（Gernsbach）市“变迁型建设规划集群”城市发展规划对应的Web要素服务（WFS），该服务基于版本5.0的XPlanung数据集，按照欧盟空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）规范完成转换。
