Dataset used for PhD thesis "‘The ant in the room’: spatial and temporal assembly of ants from a forest to a planet". The dataset contains the following files: 1) "ant avtivities.csv": The spatial and temporal occurrence records of different ant species; 2) "site information.csv": The location and elevation information of different sampling sites; 3) "thermal traits.csv": The thermal traits data of different ant species.
