The registration, report and control of agricultural and forestry machinery, vehicles and earthworks on the territory of Blagoevgrad District are carried out by the Blagoevgrad Regional Directorate for Agriculture, which is entered in a national public electronic register established and maintained by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry, in accordance with Article 7 of the Act on the Registration of Agricultural and Forestry Equipment.布拉格耶夫格勒州境内的农林机械、车辆及土方工程设备的登记、报告与管控工作，由布拉格耶夫格勒地区农业局（Blagoevgrad Regional Directorate for Agriculture）负责开展；此类工作的相关信息被纳入由农业、食品和林业部（Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry）建立并维护的国家公共电子登记系统，相关操作需严格遵循《农林设备登记法》（Act on the Registration of Agricultural and Forestry Equipment）第七条的规定。
