资源简介:
Interventions: Group 1:
This is a prospective, multicenter clinical study asking for Quality of life by means of a questionnaire. We use an instrument specially designed for this Studie. The questionnaire contains two parts: preoperative and postoperative. Both parts will be performed several times.
Patients will be included consecutivly. It is a longitudinal study without a controlgroup
Primary outcome(s): Is there a difference between anticipated Quality of life and actually experienced Quality of life in Patients suffering from colorectal cancer expecting an enterostoma ?
This is a systematic structered study with a specially for this Topic designed questionnaire.
The Patients answer the questionnaires at difened intervalls. The first one will be handed out in the outpatients clinic (Special colorectal cancer clinic). The second will be answered the day before the Operation (ward) after the opprtunity of a consultation with a specially trained stoma-nurse (Consultation facultative, second questionnaire mandatory). The postoperative questionnaires are done at 3 and 6 month after the Operation (during outpatient clinic). The fifth questionnaire is for those patients facing the anastomosis and loss of stoma operation (on the ward).
Primary question ist wether there is a difference between anticipated quality of life and expierienced quality of life in colorecatal caner patients facing an enterostoma.
A further aim of this study (prinary aim) ist to define parameter wich might lead to an improvement of quality of life in colorecalt cancer patients expecting to get an enterostoma / having an enterostoma.
If there can be Parameter defined to improve the Quality of life further studies should follow.
