资源简介:
目的:利用RNAseq探究不同内源FOXG1蛋白剂量对人胚胎干细胞向皮层GABA中间神经元的分化造成的影响。
分组:FOXG1蛋白浓度分别为100%、60%、30%、0%时GABA中间神经元样品。
获取方式:人胚干细胞体外定向分化至GABA中间神经元过程中添加不同浓度的ASV药物控制不同浓度的FOXG1蛋白表达,对分化60天样品收RNA,送样测序。
Objective: To investigate the impact of varying endogenous FOXG1 protein dosages on the differentiation of human embryonic stem cells into cortical GABAergic interneurons using RNA-seq.
Groups: Cortical GABAergic interneuron samples at FOXG1 protein concentrations of 100%, 60%, 30%, and 0%, respectively.
Sample Acquisition: Different concentrations of ASV drug were added during the in vitro directed differentiation of human embryonic stem cells into cortical GABAergic interneurons to regulate FOXG1 protein expression levels. RNA was extracted from samples collected 60 days post-differentiation, and submitted for RNA sequencing.
