Hydrographic (CTD) data from Isfjorden, the West Spitsbergen Shelf, the Storfjorden Trough, and Storfjorden, Svalbard, in September and October 2022

This data set named UNIS_AGF214_CTD_2022, is a collection of temperature and salinity (CTD) profiles from the area (8.3-21.1°E and 76.0-78.7°N) collected on a UNIS AGF214 student cruise with Research Vessel Helmer Hanssen in September and October 2022. Data contributor is The University Centre in Svalbard (UNIS). Data are processed with standard software from the instrument manufacturers, and calibrated with in situ water bottle analysis and post-cruise calibration. The mean difference between bottle and corrected CTD salinity is 0.0013. Outliers are removed. Downcast profiles are generally used, but for some profiles the upcast is used due to the CTD was lowered before the sensors were properly adapted.

本数据集命名为UNIS_AGF214_CTD_2022，系2022年9月至10月期间，搭载“Helmer Hanssen”号研究船执行UNIS AGF214学生科考航次时，采集自东经8.3°~21.1°、北纬76.0°~78.7°海域的温度与盐度CTD（电导率-温度-深度）剖面数据集。本数据集的贡献方为斯瓦尔巴德大学中心（The University Centre in Svalbard，UNIS）。所有数据均采用仪器厂商提供的标准软件进行处理，并通过现场采水瓶分析与航次后校准完成校准工作。采水瓶盐度与校正后CTD盐度的平均偏差为0.0013。已剔除数据中的异常值。通常采用下行剖面数据，但部分剖面因传感器尚未完全适配便下放了CTD，故改用上行剖面数据。
