Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Areas of application of the regulations on clearing in the Cher department

Any voluntary operation leading directly or indirectly to the destruction of the wooded state of a land and ending its forest destination.Every clearing requires prior authorisation from the administration. Clearing in areas below a threshold of 0.5 to 4 ha (a threshold fixed by department and by the State representative) is exempt from this authorisation.

任何直接或间接破坏某一土地的林木覆盖状态，并终止其森林用途的自主行为，即构成林地清伐。所有林地清伐活动均需事先获得行政主管部门的许可。但面积处于0.5至4公顷阈值范围内（该阈值由地方行政部门（department）及国家代表机构确定）的清伐活动，可豁免此项许可要求。
