Cantal Territorial Coherence Scheme

The Law on Solidarity and Urban Renewal (SRU Law) of 13/12/2000 provides for the establishment, as of 1 January 2002, of territorial coherence schemes, which replace the master plans. Developed by the elected representatives, at the level of the basin of life, housing or employment, they are intended to express the overall strategy of the agglomeration and to set out the main choices in terms of housing, balance between natural and urban areas, infrastructure and commercial urban planning. The SCoTs are required with a report on the compatibility of municipal or inter-communal planning documents (PLUi, PLU, CC). This data is only informative, the regulatoryly enforceable data will appear on the Planning Geoportal (GPU).

2000年12月13日颁布的《团结与城市更新法》（Law on Solidarity and Urban Renewal，SRU Law）规定，自2002年1月1日起设立领土协调规划方案（territorial coherence schemes，SCoT），以取代原有总体规划。该方案由生活圈、住房或就业圈层面的民选代表制定，旨在阐明城镇群的整体战略，并明确住房、自然与城市区域平衡、基础设施及商业城市规划等方面的主要选择。SCoT需附带一份关于市政或跨市政规划文件（PLUi、PLU、CC）兼容性的评估报告。本数据仅为参考信息，具备法定强制执行力的相关数据将发布于规划地理门户（Planning Geoportal，GPU）。
