This dataset was used to explore deep learning models ability to quantify analyte load of LFA. Commercially available COVID-19 Rapid test kits, which test for the presence of nucleocapsid(N) protein, were photographed with a smartphone after results were ready. During the testing a known amount of N protein was added to the extraction buffer tube after which the following steps were performed according to manufacturer's instructions. This dataset was used to train deep learning models to classify various levels of N protein.

本数据集旨在探究深度学习模型定量分析侧向流免疫层析试条（Lateral Flow Assay, LFA）中分析物负载量的能力。本次研究采用市售的新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）快速检测试剂盒，该试剂盒用于检测核衣壳（Nucleocapsid, N）蛋白的存在，在检测结果生成后，使用智能手机对试剂盒进行拍摄。检测过程中，先向提取缓冲液管中加入已知量的N蛋白，随后按照生产商的操作说明书完成后续全部步骤。本数据集被用于训练深度学习模型，以对不同浓度水平的N蛋白进行分类。
