Huangbaomiyou and Guanximiyou Raw sequence reads（pericarp）. Citrus maxima

The pericarp of 'Guanximiyou' is yellow at ripening stage, an mutation ( 'Huangbaomiyou' ) that partially coloured with red in pericarp is found in 'Guanximiyou'. The aim of this study is to exploring the differnces in transcriptome in ripening pericarp between 'Guanximiyou' and 'Huangbaomiyou'. The experimental materials are the ripening pericarp of 'Guanximiyou' and 'Huangbaomiyou', with 3 biological replicates. 6 samples were used for RNA-seq, 44.33Gb clean data was obtained, Q30 is up to or more than 92.11%.
