AGREGATION of Type B Strategic Noise Maps of a large infrastructure type railway axis.

European Directive 2002/49/EC of 25 June 2002 on evaluation and management
environmental noise involves an assessment for EU Member States
environmental noise in the vicinity of major transport infrastructure
(land and air) and in large urban areas.
This assessment is carried out in particular through the development of strategic ‘so-called’ noise maps.
the first series of which were drawn up in 2007 (1st deadline of the Directive) and 2012
(2nd deadline).
Article L572-5 of the Environmental Code states that these maps are "reviewed,
and, where appropriate, revised, at least every five years.’
Thus, the implementation of this review leads, in 2017 and as appropriate, to revise or
renew the previously developed maps.
This document presents the main results of this 3 rd deadline.
which concerns the national railway network of the department of Pyrénées-Orientales.

Type B maps shall correspond to the areas affected by noise in accordance with the
noise classification of land transport infrastructure established and agreed by
the Prefect pursuant to Article L571-10 of the Environmental Code.
This classification defines for future buildings of housing, education, health and
hotels located in these areas affected by noise a minimum sound isolation of
constructions. These requirements are laid down in the Decree of 30 May 1996, as amended by
order of 23 July 2013.
In the department of Pyrénées-Orientales, the sound classification of roadways
or railway was the subject of an order dated 26 December 2012.

2002年6月25日欧盟第2002/49/EC号《环境噪声评估与管理指令》要求欧盟成员国，对主要交通基础设施（陆路与航空）周边及大型城市集聚区的环境噪声开展评估。
该评估主要通过编制所谓的战略性噪声地图完成。首批此类地图于2007年（指令首个截止时限）与2012年（第二个截止时限）编制完成。
法国《环境法典》第L572-5条规定，此类地图至少每五年需进行一次复核，必要时予以修订。因此，此项复核工作需在2017年及后续必要节点开展，对此前编制的噪声地图进行修订或更新。
本文件呈现的是第三批截止时限任务的主要成果，其针对的是东比利牛斯省（Pyrénées-Orientales）的国家铁路网。

B类噪声地图需对应符合《环境法典》第L571-10条规定、由省长划定并确认的陆路交通基础设施噪声分级所覆盖的噪声影响区域。
该分级为位于此类噪声影响区域内的新建住宅、教育机构、医疗场所及酒店，规定了建筑的最低隔声要求。此类要求载于1996年5月30日政令，并经2013年7月23日政令修订。
在东比利牛斯省，道路与铁路的噪声分级已于2012年12月26日通过政令予以明确。
