课题一针对我国纤维素醇类燃料转化中纤维糖制备经济性和大规模应用可行性的难题,建立农业秸秆高效预处理及关键酶解示范技术,解决工业化生物质预处理对经济、高效、绿色的要求,突破农业秸秆酶制剂用量的技术瓶颈,从而实现纤维素乙醇高效、绿色、低成本的制备技术,为我国农业秸秆醇类燃料制备产业提供技术支撑,加速纤维素乙醇全面推广进程。课题一研究期间形成的知识产权成果包括:发明专利申请4项,专利授权4项,发表文章10篇。课题一“农业秸秆高效预处理及酶解关键技术”科技数据集主要包括以下内容:①预处理液循环回用技术数据集、②纤维素酶制备成本第三方检测数据集、③纤维素酶负载量数据集。数据量21.2Mb。

Task 1 addresses the challenges in economic viability and large-scale application feasibility of fiber sugar preparation during cellulosic alcohol fuel conversion in China. It developed efficient pretreatment and key enzymatic hydrolysis demonstration technologies for agricultural straw, meeting the economic, efficient and green requirements for industrialized biomass pretreatment, breaking through the technical bottleneck of cellulase dosage for agricultural straw, thereby realizing efficient, green and low-cost preparation technologies for cellulosic ethanol, and providing technical support for China's agricultural straw-based alcohol fuel preparation industry while accelerating the comprehensive promotion of cellulosic ethanol. The intellectual property achievements formed during the research of Task 1 include 4 patent applications, 4 granted patents, and 10 published papers. The scientific and technological dataset of Task 1 "Efficient Pretreatment and Key Enzymatic Hydrolysis Technologies for Agricultural Straw" mainly includes the following contents: ① Dataset of pretreatment liquid recycling technology, ② Third-party detection dataset of cellulase preparation cost, ③ Dataset of cellulase loading amount. The total data volume is 21.2 Mb.
