In this study, we analyzed the largemouth bass with different FCE by multi-omics, explored the SNPs, DEGs and DMs that regulate FCE, and analyzed the molecular mechanisms that regulate FCE, so as to provide new insights into the regulatory mechanism of FCE in fish and provide a theoretical basis for the selective breeding of largemouth bass with high FCE.
