资源简介:
CORDIS, Characterization of Retinal Vascular Disease in Eyes With Mild to Moderate NPDR in Diabetes Type 2 (https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT03696810), is a clinical study that was conducted between 2018 and 2020. The primary objective of the study was to characterize the main alterations of the different diabetic retinopathy phenotypes, leaky and ischemic, and to identify subjects at risk of progression to sight-threatening complications. This Dataset consists of demographic and diagnostic data of the participants selected for analysis in open readable tabular text file format, and of imaging data of Spectral Optical Coherence Tomography (SD-OCT) data and Colour Fundus Photography (CFP). All imaging data is provided using the open standard for medical imaging DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine).
