Base file for cadastral-compliant transformation NW

The NRW base file is used for the transformation of material data between the reference systems DHDN/GK and ETRS89/UTM. The base data are available for NRW with the exception of the cadastral districts of Hagen, the city of Herne, the city of Krefeld, the district of Recklinghausen and the Rhine-Kreis Neuss.NRW（北莱茵-威斯特伐利亚州，North Rhine-Westphalia）基准文件用于DHDN/GK（Deutsches Hauptdreiecksnetz/Gauss-Krüger）与ETRS89/UTM（European Terrestrial Reference System 1989/Universal Transverse Mercator）两种参考坐标系间的地理数据转换。该基准数据集覆盖NRW全域，但不包含哈根（Hagen）地籍区、黑尔讷市（Herne）、克雷费尔德市（Krefeld）、雷克林豪森县（Recklinghausen）以及诺伊斯莱茵县（Rhine-Kreis Neuss）。
