2017年大亚湾浮游植物调查

数据集主要包括大亚湾12个CERN联网观测站浮游植物逐季度长期观测资料。数据的观测按照海湾生态系统浮游植物观测方法进行,主要观测指标包括浮游植物个体数、浮游植物优势种、浮游植物大类分类等。本数据集对于了解全球气候变化和人类活动共同影响下的大亚湾生态系统浮游生物群落的时空分布和长期变化具有重要意义。

This dataset mainly includes long-term quarterly observational data of phytoplankton from 12 CERN-linked observation stations in Daya Bay. The observations were conducted following standard methods for phytoplankton monitoring in bay ecosystems, with core measurement indicators including phytoplankton cell abundance, dominant phytoplankton species, and major phytoplankton taxonomic groups, among others. This dataset holds significant academic value for understanding the spatiotemporal distribution and long-term dynamics of phytoplankton communities in the Daya Bay ecosystem under the combined impacts of global climate change and human activities.
