市信用信息共享平台设定清洗规则库和关联规则库两个校验规则库，实现数据治理规范化管理；制定统一的去重标准和同步标准，实现数据治理标准化管理；数据目录分别设置去重、清洗、关联、同步校验规则，实现数据治理清单化管理，截至10月底，市信用信息共享平台设定数据校验规则2466个，实现数据的全生命周期管理。天津市行政许可数据通过市信用信息共享平台治理产生，实行目录化管理，为我市每个执法单位建立行政许可目录，并为目录设定字段级、表级、目录级校验规则，先后经过归集、整合、清洗、关联等步骤，通过五步九环（五步：采集、清洗、关联、同步、分发；九环：1、采集库数据入库情况、2、数据采集轮询展示、3、数据增量检查情况、4、数据规则校验情况、5、数据关联匹配情况、6、数据同步推送情况、7、档案库数据入库情况、8、分批次抽取数据情况、9、主题库生成情况）数据处理流程，将市、区、街乡镇三级执法部门产生的行政许可数据，加工生成全市行政许可数据。

The Municipal Credit Information Sharing Platform has established two validation rule bases, namely the cleaning rule base and the association rule base, to realize standardized management of data governance. It has formulated unified deduplication and synchronization standards to achieve standardized management of data governance. Data catalogs are respectively equipped with deduplication, cleaning, association and synchronization validation rules to realize list-based management of data governance. As of the end of October, the Municipal Credit Information Sharing Platform has established 2,466 data validation rules, realizing full-life-cycle management of data. Tianjin's administrative licensing data is generated through the governance of the Municipal Credit Information Sharing Platform and adopts catalog-based management. A dedicated administrative licensing catalog has been established for each law enforcement department in the city, and field-level, table-level and catalog-level validation rules have been set for these catalogs. After undergoing steps including collection, integration, cleaning and association, and passing through the five-step and nine-link data processing workflow (five steps: collection, cleaning, association, synchronization and distribution; nine links: 1. Data warehousing status of the collection database; 2. Data collection polling display; 3. Data incremental inspection status; 4. Data rule validation status; 5. Data association and matching status; 6. Data synchronization and push status; 7. Data warehousing status of the archive database; 8. Batch data extraction status; 9. Subject database generation status), the platform processes and integrates administrative licensing data generated by law enforcement departments at the municipal, district, sub-district and township levels into city-wide administrative licensing data.
