为了建立三亚站长期监测本底数据库，便于生态系统的研究利用，对三亚湾海域12个观测站点每季度进行一次，每个站点分三个层次（表中低）采样，进行海湾水文调查
To establish a long-term monitoring baseline database for Sanya Station and facilitate research and utilization of the marine ecosystem, quarterly sampling is conducted at 12 observation sites in the waters of Sanya Bay. At each site, samples are collected from three layers (surface, middle and bottom) for hydrological surveys of the bay.
