General government

‘The general government consists of the subsectors of central government, local government and social security funds. According to the ESA 2010 methodology, the central government includes state administration bodies (ministeries, state offices of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, state administrative organisations and state administration offices in counties), as well as Croatian Motorways, Rijeka — Zagreb, Hrvatske ceste, Hrvatske vode, HRT, HŽ Infrastruktura, DAB, HBOR etc.
The tables present data relating to consolidated revenues and expenditures of the central government subsector according to the methodology of GFS 2001 (which implies both the narrowed coverage of the general government sector) and the consolidated debt of the general government sector according to the ESA 2010 methodology (with the full coverage of the general government sector) and interest rates on Croatian Treasury bills and yields to maturity on Croatian bonds for selected currencies.’

一般政府部门（general government）由中央政府、地方政府及社会保障基金三个子部门构成。按照《欧洲地区与国民经济核算体系2010》（ESA 2010）的核算方法，中央政府涵盖国家行政机构（包括各部、克罗地亚共和国政府国家办公厅、州级国家行政组织及各郡国家行政办事处），以及克罗地亚公路（里耶卡-萨格勒布段）、克罗地亚公路公司（Hrvatske ceste）、克罗地亚水务公司（Hrvatske vode）、克罗地亚广播电视（HRT）、克罗地亚铁路基础设施公司（HŽ Infrastruktura）、DAB、HBOR等机构。
本数据集表格呈现三类相关数据：一是按照《政府财政统计体系2001》（GFS 2001）核算方法（该方法限定了一般政府部门的统计覆盖范围）得到的中央政府子部门合并收支数据；二是采用《欧洲地区与国民经济核算体系2010》（ESA 2010）核算方法（该方法覆盖全部一般政府部门）得到的一般政府部门合并债务数据；三是特定币种下克罗地亚国库券利率与克罗地亚债券到期收益率数据。
