Supplementary File S4d – Omicsbox GFF3 annotation of protein coding genes in the scaffolds

This files contains information about functionally-annotated protein-coding genes for the scaffolded version of the O. australiensis Keep River genome assembly stored at NCBI in contig form: JAIFGZ000000000. Scaffolds can be obtained using the AGP file provided in this repository to order and orient the contigs. Note: contigs that could not be placed within scaffolds were annotated as individual contigs, not as ChrUn. Therefore, when using the AGP file to build scaffolds from the contigs, ChrUn lines should be excluded.

本文件涵盖存储于美国国家生物技术信息中心（NCBI）、以重叠群形式提交且编号为JAIFGZ000000000的澳大利亚O. australiensis Keep River基因组组装支架版本的功能注释蛋白编码基因相关信息。可通过本仓库提供的AGP文件（AGP file）对上述重叠群进行排序与定向，从而获取基因组支架。注：无法被挂载至基因组支架的重叠群将被注释为独立重叠群，而非未知染色体（ChrUn）。因此，在利用AGP文件从重叠群构建基因组支架时，应剔除ChrUn相关行。
