To investigate the effect of BRG1 overexpression in donor cells on the efficiency of porcine somatic cell nuclear transplantation. ATAC-seq results revealed that more open chromatin peaks at SMARCA4?NANOG?SOX2?MAP2K6?HIF1A sites were observed in the experimental group. Overall design: BRG1 was over-expressed in donor cells (porcine fetal fibroblasts) to examine its effect on the epigenetic modification levels and chromatin openness, subsequently, the effect of BRG1 overexpression in donor cells on the development of cloned embryos was investigated.
