资源简介:
Angulyagra polyzonata, a significant freshwater snail species belonging to the Gasteropoda class, Viviparidae family, and Angulyagra genus, is widely distributed across southern China and various Southeast Asian countries. In China, it can be found in freshwater lakes, rivers, streams and ditches. However, studies on the genetic diversity and genetic structure of the Angulyagra polyzonata population are relatively scarce. In this study, we selected three locations in Guangxi for transcriptome sequencing of A. polyzonata, developed 9 pairs of specific microsatellite primers, and used these microsatellite markers to conduct genetic diversity and structure analysis of 12 natural populations of this species. The research results are expected to provide new insights for the protection of wild germplasm resources of A. polyzonata and artificial selection breeding.
