Microextraction of tigecycline from milk samples using deep eutectic solvents

The data shows figures for the influence studies of the different parameters on the liquid-liquid microextraction (LLME) process of tigecycline (TGC) from milk samples using hydrophobic deep eutectic solvents (DES): thymol:decanoic acid, camphor:thymol, menthol:dodecanoic acid, dodecanol:dodecanoic acid. The data presents the analytical parameters of the elaborated microextraction procedure coupled with liquid chromatographic technique connected with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method for determination of tigecycline in the milk.本数据集收录了利用不同疏水型低共熔溶剂（hydrophobic deep eutectic solvents，DES）作为萃取溶剂，从牛奶样品中开展替加环素（tigecycline，TGC）的液液微萃取（liquid-liquid microextraction，LLME）过程时，各参数对萃取过程影响效应的相关研究数据。所用疏水型低共熔溶剂体系包括：麝香草酚-癸酸、樟脑-麝香草酚、薄荷醇-十二烷酸、十二烷醇-十二烷酸。本数据集同时呈现了将所建立的微萃取流程与液相色谱-串联质谱联用技术（liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry，LC-MS/MS）相结合，用于测定牛奶中替加环素的分析方法参数。
