Systematic review, carried out based on the guiding question: which information and communication technologies are effective in improving the knowledge of hospitalized patients? The search took place in electronic databases: Scopus; National Library of Medicine and National Institutes of Health; Web of Science; Cumulative Index of Nursing and Allied Health Literature; Scientific Electronic Library Online; Cochrane and Excerpta Medica dataBASE. To search for gray literature, Google Scholar was used. The exposure factor was the educational intervention using information and communication technologies, and as an outcome: improved knowledge. Only randomized clinical trials were included, in all languages. Objective to evaluate the effectiveness of information and communication technologies in improving the knowledge of hospitalized patients. 1,153 articles were identified, of which four were included. The others revealed effectiveness in improving knowledge and the educational interventions were mediated by technology such as video, application and concept map.
本研究为一项系统综述,基于以下引导性问题展开:哪些信息与通信技术(information and communication technologies)可有效提升住院患者的知识水平?检索工作覆盖以下电子数据库:Scopus、美国国家医学图书馆(National Library of Medicine)与美国国立卫生研究院(National Institutes of Health)相关数据库、Web of Science、护理学及相关健康文献累积索引(Cumulative Index of Nursing and Allied Health Literature)、科学电子图书馆在线(Scientific Electronic Library Online)、Cochrane以及Excerpta Medica数据库。灰色文献检索通过Google Scholar完成。本研究的暴露因素为采用信息与通信技术开展的教育干预,结局指标为患者知识水平提升。本次综述仅纳入所有语言版本的随机对照试验(randomized clinical trial),旨在评估信息与通信技术在提升住院患者知识水平方面的有效性。最终共检索到1153篇文献,最终纳入4篇。其余文献均证实,以技术为介导的教育干预(如视频、应用程序及概念图)可有效提升患者知识水平。
